IF YOU USE OUR WEBSITE, WE COLLECT THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA:
When you visit our website, we automatically collect data about you and your use of the website, such as the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on the website, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer.
The purpose of this is to optimise the user experience and the functioning of the website and to carry out targeted marketing including retargeting via Facebook and Google. This data processing is necessary so that we can improve the website and show you relevant content. The legal basis for the processing is the EU General Data Protection Regulation, point f) of article 6(1).

IF YOU APPLY FOR A JOB WITH US, THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED:
At CMP Direct ApS, data is collected for processing/assessment in recruitment processes to validate whether the individual applicant’s qualifications and experience meet the requirements we would ask of the ideal candidate.
What types of data do we process:
General personal data: Name, address, postal code, city, email, application and CV. In addition, applicants have the opportunity to provide their date of birth, telephone number, mobile number, other relevant documents and various information in their CV and application. In addition, applicants may choose to upload a photo. We may later ask for a personality test, a reference report and a criminal record. Special categories/sensitive information: It happens that CMP Direct ApS may receive information about the health information and civil registration number of persons applying for jobs at CMP Direct ApS.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is points a) and f) of article 6(1), and points a) and e) of article 9()2) .
Retention of personal data
We keep your personal data for six months or as long as legally and objectively required. It is stored in our HR department (the data processor) and is not shared further. Data is automatically deleted after six months. The purpose of saving applications is to be able to fill a future position. CMP Direct ApS may store information about applicants as long as its purpose is objective. An objective purpose may be, for example, to secure documentation if an applicant objects to a refusal. • Personal data will not be disclosed.

IF YOU SHOP WITH US AS A BUSINESS CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE THE WEBSHOP), THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED:
Objective: Handling of business customer data in connection with the conclusion and implementation of concluded agreements and subsequent invoicing and possible reminder procedure, as well as delivery.
When you become a customer with us, or if you change your engagement with us, we ask you for some information. We need to know: CVR no., name, address, postal code, city, country, telephone number, company name, email to accounting department, invoice and order confirmation, VAT no., currency, payment terms, website, sector, category of goods/services purchased, amounts invoiced, discount schemes, reminder letters, reminder fees and default interest, debt collection processing.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is points a), b), c) and f) of article 6(1) of the Data Protection Regulation.
Retention of personal data
Personal data will, in accordance with applicable rules, including under the Danish Bookkeeping Act, be stored at CMP Direct ApS for a period of five years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates. The personal data is deleted when the personal data is no longer relevant and CMP Direct ApS’ obligation to store the personal data has ceased.

Right to object: In certain cases, you may have the right to object to our or the data processor’s processing of your personal data
Right to withdraw consent: If you have consented to the processing of one or more pieces of personal data concerning you, you may withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the rules of personal data law. Unless the company has another legitimate basis for processing, we can no longer process the said data
Right to transmit data (data portability): In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have the personal data transferred from one controller to another without hindrance
Right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency: You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency about our processing of your personal data if you believe that the processing is not done in accordance with applicable rules.
