METHOD FOR QUALITY CONTROL IN CHINA
1. SAMPLES
- Obtain information (weight, no. of cll., cmb)
- Make photos to describe and show all details of the sample(s), photos has to be send to purchasing office in Denmark
- Functionality – Stability – Function
- Quality of fabrication -Surface -Polishing -Assembly -Colour sample
- Assembly instructions and by new products design drawings or description from purchasing office – must agree with product and technical drawings
- Technical drawings for quality control must be available by the first master sample control by CMP
- Packaging – according to our packaging instruction.
- Labelling – according to our instruction.
- Follow the terms of delivery
2. NEW PRODUCTS – FIRST TIME PRODUCTION – 0 SERIES (SAMPLES IS APPROVED)
- Number of quality control and when they have to be carried out in the process
- Functionality – Stability – Function
- Quality of fabrication – Surface – Polishing – Assembly – Colour sample
- Assembly instructions – must agree with product and technical drawings
- Packaging: control for weight, no of cll, cmb and an overall judgement of the packaging according to our packaging instruction.
- Labelling hereunder article numbers according to the purchasing order and packaging instruction.
- Follow the terms of delivery
- Spare parts – 2 % spare parts are always demanded together with first delivery, the 2 % is giving from CMP as a spare part order. Please check that it’s provided. – Packaging: spare parts have to be packed into a box/carton with spare part numbers printed or as a label.
3. NEW SUPPLIER ON EXISTING PRODUCTS
- As pkt. 2
- Claim statistic.From last supplier to inform new supplier about the risks.
- Comparison (1:1) according to technical drawings or sample.
4. ON-GOING PRODUCTS – “A” SUPPLIERS AND “B” SUPPLIERS AND FOB PRODUCTS
- Number of quality control and when they have to be carried out in the process
- Functionality – Stability – Function
- Quality of fabrication – Surface – Polishing – Assembly – Colour sample
- Assembly instructions – must agree with product and technical drawings
- Packaging according to our packaging instruction.
- Labelling, hereunder article numbers according to the purchasing order, “Made in XXXX” labels and packaging instruction.
- Follow the terms of delivery
- Spare parts – Check up with CMP spare part purchasing orders. – Packaging: spare parts have to be packed into a box/carton with spare part numbers printed as agreed.
- Claim statistic: High claim per cent from statistic, must be extra controlled, investigated and solved out with the supplier.
