New articles should as far as possible be taken into account that the optimal dimension of cartons is, if one or more pages has the following dimensions:
20 cm, 40 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm or 120 cm.
The more sides of the cartons that have these objectives, the better. The places where the above objectives are not possible or optimal can be freely defined.
AS AN EXAMPLE: A carton measuring 20 x 45 x 53 cm is good, a carton measuring 20 x 40 x 53 cm is better.
NB! It must be avoided that all sides are the same length, height and width – which leads to instability by stacking! As an example: 20x20x20 cm.
It still needs to be ensured that no air is in the cartons, just to reach the right carton dimensions. The boxes should always be filled optimally. In addition, the course continues to be ensured, that the dimensions of the boxes did not detract from container exploitation. The container must of course continue to be used optimally. For repeat orders, use the same carton size as in previous deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the supplier and CMP.
